Every time we stay in Queretaro, like to stay here. The hotel is wonderful small and incredibly beautiful, has helpful staff with excellent service. This place is in a great location in the city centre.
There's bad smell in some areas.

The room was well-appointed with garden and a balcony, for instance for a fairly nice stay. I enjoyed the view over the garden from my balcony. Location: the hotel was short walk to the main sights in Queretaro with ease, and a restaurant down the street where both the food and service were mediocre at best. The personnel was helpful and attentive, doing their best to assist.

The room at Dona Urraca Hotel & Spa was like a luxurious Roman spa, exceeding our expectations. The elegant decor and spacious layout made us feel pampered. Despite being centrally located, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The small balcony overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool added a lovely touch to the ambiance. We also appreciated the provided amenities, such as the robes and toiletries. The outdoor swimming pool and attached jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The hotel's spa services looked enticing, even though we didn't have a chance to indulge. The valet parking and spa staff were friendly and attentive. We want to especially commend the spa staff for their exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy our dining needs.

Very little.
There was NO service, NO food, NO help. Not a cup of coffee, no bar, The area around the pool was littered with dirty cups, empty water bottles, soda bottles. No room service. We were told to walk to town for dinner or ANY type of food. No taxies or manner of transportation coud be made available to ANY destination. Find your own blankets, pillows, fix your bed... That's not a 4 or 5 star situation. We were charged $9 more than your guaranteed price. Thanks for the opportunity to let you know. We will NOT return nor recommend this property.
